The Mill Road Cemetery

Last Saturday, my friend J and I (as well as his mom) decided to go to a cemetery on Mill Road since it is right by his house. It was a really good investigation. This is a really creepy video we got. Keep in mind that we could not see ANYTHING with our own eyes, but we could see it through the camera.

An interesting note on the one above as soon as we took the picture J and I got a huge cold chill. This was a pretty long investigation, but a good one.

The Results

Well, first we headed to Battleground for the battlefield. There was a cop there and luckily he let us take some pictures. We didn't get anything. Then Aunt N got the (very smart) idea to go to Prophet's rock and the field it overlooked where the battle took place. Well, looking up to Prophet's rock we didn't get anything. But then, as we took some pics over the field I got the most (I'll say it) outstanding orb we have ever caught:
I'll say this; the orb appeared in no other pictures. You try to explain that.

P.S. We were shooting down on the field about 3 ft. up so it wasn't the moon. Also, we would've known if it was.

Battleground Hunt

Later this month, GOI will be going to Lafayette, IN. Battleground is the site of the Battle of Tippecanoe where Indians and William Henry Harrison's men battled. You may know about the Prophet (Tecumseh's brother) told his warriors that the white men's bullets wouldn't hurt them. Well, that didn't work out. It is supposedly VERY haunted. We will give you any results we get there later this month.

We hunted Vincennes, Palmyra, Ralph's House (kinda) and Ebenezer Cemetery

Last night we went to Vincennes to the Old Cathedral since there are Indians and Revolutionary War soldiers buried there. We didn't get anything on the pictures, but you can go there at night. Then on the way back we visited Palmyra, a town so small we couldn't even find it on Google Maps. Anyway, it has a church and an old cemetery and some of the graves date back to the late 1800's. Here are some of the pictures. Then we visited Ebenezer Cemetery where the Wrattens are buried. The Wrattens were murdered by an ax murderer and there is much conspiracy around it. When we visited, we took several pictures. Here is the best one. Then we arrived back at Ralph's House. I decided, to cap off the night, take a few pictures of the exterior. I didn't expect to get anything, but ended up with three pictures of one orb.

This one appears to be in the gutter.
This one is in the trees. Spooky.

The Stories

Indiana Ralph's House: The very first thing recalled is when "Rdaddy" had a tater-tot thrown at him. Soon, it went haywire. Pencils would be found on top of doors, T.V's turning on and off. Dad reported footsteps and every time Aunt N went into her room, the T.V. turned on. Once, everyone was watching the T.V, and it turned off. So, Aunt N went to go turn it on and as soon as she was about to get it, it turned on again. This happened about 5 times until N said,"Ralph! Cut it out!" It didn't happen anymore. Dad once had a friend over and they were rolling a ball into the kitchen with Snoopy, our former dog, when he started to whimper. Then the ball slowly rolled back. Pa Joe has reported seeing it several times. Once Aunt N, Rdaddy, and I decided to conduct an "investigation" and we took some pictures. The Ralph picture is above on one of the next posts.

Story, Indiana Story Inn: There are several stories about the blue room and a picture above the main counter. The story about the room is that if you turn on a blue light in the room that she will suddenly appear. The picture, they think, is the Blue Lady. One day a man noted on the woman's looks (or lack thereof) and the picture shook, fell down and broke. Upon further investigation the wire was still intact and nail was stable. When we entered nothing happened, at first. We were all set to leave when grandpa and I thought what the heck? So we went upstairs in the blue room and immediately we smelled a cherry tobacco smell, the Blue Lady's signature fragrance. For more on the Blue Lady go to thestoryinn.com, scroll to the bottom of the page and on the right it says Blue Lady.

Evansville, Indiana Williard Library: If you are an Indiana ghost fan, you've heard of this place. A ghostly lady draped in all gray roams the halls, and you can even smell her. Hundreds of people have reported seeing and smelling her for a long time. Well, you can add me. I was in the children's section, which is supposedly most haunted among the rooms. I walked into the back room and I was immediately hit with a musky perfume smell. I walked out, then back in, and it was gone. It is one of the best ghost places in Indiana.
